 My childish imagination and fear of needles is what prolonged my pain.  It's not that I'm ignorant but rather a bit uneducated in the ways of "healing" oneself.  After many years of seeking various modalities for relief, the pain was becoming too great to ignore.  My low back would spasm and cripple me for days.  Something had to change or life was going to be grim for me.  
Dr.Deb eased my mind during my first consultation, and that's when we begun our journey together.  She explained exactly what she would be doing, and what to expect in the coming days.  Acupuncture wasn't at all painful as my imaginations had led me to believe.  As I got up from the table after our first session, she asked how I was feeling. I was relaxed for sure, but was hesitant to say, if in fact, I was "completely" relieved.
The very next morning, as I was getting dressed for the day, I bent down to put my shoes on. (re-read that last sentence) I bent down to put my shoes on!!! To this day I still can't believe how quickly Acupuncture saved me.  Ive been a huge fan of Dr.Deb and her "healing hands" and proponent of acupuncture for the past 15 years.  I wish Dr.Deb all the success and glory as she journeys into her new endeavors working along side Dr Luo.
